As some of you might know, the touring life can be pretty bittersweet. Getting to travel the world with some of your closest friends playing a ton of sweet shows is a definite plus. Sleeping on floors and eating endless gas station hot dogs? Maybe not so much.
However, for emerging rock duo The Blue Stones, the two Ontario natives don’t seem to mind as they just wrapped up leg one of their wildly successful North American headlining trek.
“Life on the road can be difficult,” the duo shared, “but at the end of the day, it’s hard not to have fun when you’re road-tripping with your friends, seeing interesting places, eating good food and playing high-energy shows giving everyone a good time.”
Giving The Noise a little insight into their recent run through the US and Canada, Tarek Jafar and Justin Tessier have provided us an epic tour diary logging some of their most eventful moments away from home.

03. Federal Donuts, Philadelphia, PA. Food is one of the biggest benefits of touring. FD is a must-hit when in Philly.

05. Rum Runners, London, ON. Closest to a hometown show we got on this run.
06. You’ll often feel this way playing in a rock band.
