There might not be a better word to sum up 2020 than “hopeless.” With everything that’s happened this year, it’s hard not to feel like the world is crashing beneath our feet and there’s nothing we can do to stop it – especially when we’re only half way through this never-ending nightmare.

Taking this precise feeling and putting it to song with the help of super producer John Feldmann and Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker is emerging hip-hop and rock artist GARZI.

Taken from his recently released EP Stuck In The Middle, GARZI’s heartfelt track “HOPELESS” provides dejected emo rap vibes similar to the likes of nothing, nowhere., POORSTACY and more.

Commenting on his single and new accompanying music video, which is premiering today exclusively on The Noise, GARZI said, “Overall, I just wanted the video to match the vibe of the song but I also wanted to bring a new vibe to the early 2000’s feel. We wanted it to be gritty and rough while also portraying beautiful scenery, almost in an ironic way.”

“We also wanted to capture an authentic feeling of hopelessness in the video,” he added, “which I think we accomplished.”
