Watch Ash Costello Go ‘American Psycho’ For Killer New New Years Day Video

To celebrate last week’s release of their brand new album Unbreakable, hard rock outfit New Years Day have just dropped a brand new American Psycho-inspired music video for their track “Shut Up.”

Talking about the new Galileo Mondol-directed clip featuring SiriusXM’s Jose Mangin, frontwoman Ash Costello says, “When we recorded the song ‘Shut Up’ I knew right then and there, on that day, straight away, what I wanted to do if we were ever to make a music video for it. It came to me immediately. So when the time came and ‘Shut Up’ was chosen for a music video, I was thrilled because it meant that I’d get to make my vision come to life, which was to recreate one of my favorite horror movies of all time, American Psycho.

To check out New Years Day’s intense new video which is sure to make movie star Christian Bale and tourmates (and fellow horror fans) Ice Nine Kills proud, be sure to see below. Afterward, make sure to pick up a copy of Unbreakable and grab tickets to see New Years Day out on tour here.
