Now, as much as we’d love to take credit for the imaginative pun combining beloved LA rock act Weezer and controversial Chi-town emcee/producer Kanye West, the credit all goes to Bandcamp user Chuckie Nugget and his brilliant 10-track mashup album, Yeezer.
Combining the likes of Weezer’s alt-rock gems “Buddy Holly,” “Say It Ain’t So” and “Island In The Sun” with the future 2020 presidential candidate’s (that would be Kanye West, for those unaware) “Power,” “The Good Life” and “Through The Wire,” Yeezer is an instant party starter whether you’re livin’ in Beverly Hills or getting started on that new workout plan.
