Unless you haven’t been paying attention, there’s been a lot going on in the Blink-182 camp lately. With a new summer tour on the horizon with the likes of Lil Wayne and Neck Deep plus a brand new single to jam, Mark Hoppus, Matt Skiba and Travis Barker have a big year ahead of them.

However, before we start looking too far into the rest of 2019, let’s look back at the trio’s time spent on the beach celebrating 20 years of their beloved Enema Of The State.

Taking part in John Feldmann and Travis Barker’s second annual Back To The Beach Fest alongside acts like Goldfinger, Streetlight Manifesto, Reel Big Fish, The Aquabats and many more, the SoCal natives took the stage on night one of the two-night festival and ripped into their 20-year-old record from front to back.

Playing to a crowd of mostly shoeless and mostly drunk ska punk fans on the shores of Huntington Beach, Blink-182 performed fan favorites such as “Aliens Exist” and “Anthem” for the first time in decades as well their smash radio hits “All The Small Things,” “Adam’s Song” and of course, “What’s My Age Again.” Winding down with an encore of jams like “Feeling This,” “The Rock Show” and “Bored To Death” (as well as a jaw-dropping Travis Barker drum solo), Blink wrapped up the evening with their 1997 classic “Dammit.”

As for the headliners of the second night at Back To The Beach, rock stalwarts The Used took the stage following the likes of The Story So Far, Anthony Green, The Wonder Years, Less Than Jake, Story Of The Year and other emo-leaning artists. With the help of endless amounts of pyro (you’ll see) and the Street Drum Corps (you’ll see), Bert McCracken and company exploded into firey a 15-song set filled with endless hits and even a couple cover songs like Queen’s “Another One Bites The Dust” and Linkin Park’s “Shadow Of The Day.” Rounding out with 2002′s “A Box Full Of Sharp Objects,” The Used capped off a glorious weekend of beautiful weather, rowdy crowds and a limitless supply of punk rock, ska, emo and everything in-between.
