Just two days away from releasing their brand new six-track EP Mind Games, up-and-coming pop-punk act Eat Your Heart Out are currently treating fans to an early listen of their album by streaming it in full.

That’s right, for everybody wanting to hear more from the Australian outfit after falling head over heels for their track “Conscience” featuring Patrick Miranda of Movements, the band is giving everybody an early look into their new release.

When asked about Mind Games and what it represents lyrically, frontwoman Caitlin Henry opened up about it saying: “We went into the recording of Mind Games with the intention of portraying the truest version of ourselves that we could. This EP deals with the negative feelings and internal dialogues associated with ongoing mental illness. Sometimes these things are all consuming and feel like they define us and it can get hard to make anything out of the constant noise. Mind Games is about digging through some of those difficult feelings and trying to make some sense.”
