Check It Out: Attila’s Back With Another Face-Melting Single Titled “Ignite”

Well damn, just when we thought we wouldn’t be getting any new Attila anytime soon after the band shared their soul-crushing single “Public Apology” last week, here we are with a brand new lyric video for the band’s punishing track “Ignite.”

Taken from their forthcoming album Chaos – which hits stores later this year via SharpTone Records – Attila’s new single has a bit of a throwback vibe as the band decided to take a stab at writing how they did on their first few records according to frontman Chris “Fronz” Fronzak.

“We sat down in a room together and asked, ‘What did we do when we wrote the first few albums that we don’t do anymore,’ said Fronzak. “We realized the thing we’d stopped doing was getting together and jamming in a basement. It’s so easy for bands to sit around a computer and create music. It’s too easy to forget to jam the songs in person, on real instruments.

The outspoken vocalist continued to add, “Everything about Chaos is real because we all met up in Georgia, right near the basement where we used to meet up when we were living off Taco Bell.”

To check out the new lyric video, be sure to look below. Afterwards, make sure to not only pre-order Chaos but also grab tickets to see Attila out on tour with Chelsea Grin, Emmure and Sylar here.
