Watch Green Day’s New Tim Armstrong-Directed Music Video For “Bang Bang”

Remember how awesome Pierce The Veil’s “King For A Day” music video was? You know, the one where the band – along with Sleeping With Sirens’ Kellen Quinn – robbed a bank? Yeah, well now imagine the plot of the 2001 cheerleader comedy Sugar & Spice and therein lies a brief summary of Green Day’s new Tim Armstrong-directed music video for “Bang Bang.”

Now of course, there are slight differences (Green Day doesn’t work at the bank like Vic Fuentes and Quinn did, the people robbing the bank in “Bang Bang” probably weren’t cheerleaders, etc.) but, after watching it a couple times, the new visual feels a bit like an updated “King For A Sugar & Spice featuring Tim Armstrong 2.0″ – which isn’t a band thing by any means.

Anyway, to check out the new clip, be sure to look below. Afterwards, pre-orders for Green Day’s Revolution Radio as well as tickets to see the band out on tour can be found here.
