Super Bowl 51 As Predicted by August Burns Red, The Word Alive, I Prevail, The Color Morale and More

Well everybody, here we are: Super Bowl weekend. While it might not be the most desirable matchup – as we’re sure you’re all tired of seeing Tom Brady and Bill Belichick compete for their fifth Lombardi Trophy – it’s still the Super Bowl. You know, The Big Enchilada. The Colossal Showdown. The Sunday, Sunday, Sunday football fans have been waiting for since… we guess, last year’s mediocre outing between the Denver Broncos and the Carolina Panthers.

While we all get ready to see if Matt Ryan’s Atlanta Falcons can pull off the upset against Brady’s band of Gronk-less New England Patriots, we reached out to a handful of sports-hungry artists to see who they have winning it all this Sunday.

To see what JB Brubaker of August Burns Red, Telle Smith of The Word Alive, Brian Burkheiser of I Prevail and more had to say about Super Bowl 51, be sure to look below. Afterwards, make sure to tweet us @TheNoise and let us know who you have winning!

The Belichick/Brady combo will strike one last time. Patriots stingy defense will force Matt Ryan to throw two picks, including one late in the game to ice it. Brady will spread the ball around keeping the Falcons defense on their heels all night. The game won’t feel as close as the final score shows. Patriots 31 - Falcons 24.

I’m really excited this year – despite my Cowboys losing – to see some fresh blood in the Super Bowl. I’m rooting for the Falcons. I love watching them play, especially on offense. Although the idea of [comissioner] Roger Goodell handing yet another trophy to Brady (after the way the NFL has treated him) would be great too. I predict Falcons win 33-27 in a game that goes down to the last drive!

I’m rooting for the Falcons. Even though I’m a huge Michigan fan and I love Tom Brady, I have to pull for the underdog. I think it will be a tight game decided on a last-second field goal. Falcons win 31-28.

As a life long & die hard Patriots fan, I am rooting for TB12 & the boys to bring home their 5th Super Bowl ring. Brady & Edelman’s bromance is going to shine and points are going to RAIN DOWN on the Falcons defense. DO YOUR JOB! 31-27 Pats all the way.

Although I’m rooting for the underdog, my money would be on the Pats. It’s hard to bet against Brady along with all his weapons despite Gronk. I’m going to predict a last-second field goal for a 27-24 Patriots win. Matt Ryan for MVP though, for the sole fact he isn’t a cheater. ;)

Aaron Rosa: Falcons are going to win by 3 points, last quarter.

Lou Miceli: My prediction is going to be 28-21 Atlanta simply because the Patriots beat the Eagles in the only super bowl [Philadelphia] ever went to and that’s my team. Although there is no denying Tom Brady is probably the best quarterback of all time.

Brandon Elgar: The New England Patriots have this Super Bowl, without a doubt. Falcons just got lucky this year. Brady will shut them down and bring home his 5th Lombardi Trophy. Go Pats!

Matt Marshall: I believe the Pats will win the Super Bowl and Tom Brady will win his 5th super bowl ring! As amazing as Matt Ryan and the Falcons have been this season, they don’t have the experience to beat Bill Belichick’s Patriots.

The Falcon’s offense (and overlooked defense) is going to get them the win in this year’s Super Bowl – which will end on a Matt Bryant 43-yard field goal. Their QB, Matt Ryan has been close to flawless all year and I don’t think he will collapse under pressure. Tom Brady will still go down as the best QB in NFL history and the Patriots will still own the AFC East for the next 5 years – all to my dismay as a Miami Dolphin’s fan. Atlanta 27 New England 24

I’m going for the Falcons. I think if Vic Beasley JR can carry on getting sacks like he has been doing all season, he could win it for them. Atlanta is gonna bring the heat!  24-21 Falcons.

My heart wants the Falcons to win but I’m going to have to go with the Patriots. Brady and Belichick are such a well-oiled machine and have proved that time and time again in the Super Bowl. Their defense is also one of the most underrated defenses this year which should make for a very interesting match-up against the high-flying Falcons who had a league-high 33 points per game this year. We all know that these offenses are the best in the league, so I really see this coming down to which defense can hold up better than the other. Final prediction: Patriots win 30-27.

I’m going with a bold prediction here, I really do believe the Atlanta Falcons are going to win it all this year. Atlanta has all the firepower on the offensive side of the ball to put pressure on New England’s defense and they have a young and hungry defense that’s going to get after Tom Brady. It’s going to be a close one, but I’m going with 28 - 24 Falcons.

We all want Atlanta to win but think New England probably will. Final score: New England 34, Atlanta 28.
