I The Mighty Stream Second New Single “Adrift”

With the release of their upcoming coming album Connector hitting stores in about a month, San Francisco natives I The Mighty have just released their second single titled “Adrift.”

The track, which is accompanied with a visually stunning music video, is a riff-heavy tune that draws major similarities to the guitar work of The Used’s Quinn Allman.

When asked about the idea behind “Adrift,” I The Mighty frontman Brent Walsh explained that the song is very important to him lyrically.

“’Adrift’ is one of the more meaningful songs on the record for me lyrically,” explains Walsh. “I’m sure we’ve all had a day in which we were reading up on world events and got really down about the current state or direction much of our home is headed in. This song was written on one of those days.”
