Here’s A Look At The Magic Manchester Orchestra And Thrice Brought To Southern California

In celebration of a brand new House of Blues opening up in Southern California, fans in Anaheim (yes, where the Mighty Ducks are from) have been treated to a glorious opening month. Already featuring two sold out nights of both Social Distortion and Korn, it’s hard to top what has graced the new and hardly broken in stage thus far.

That is, until the premiere rock pairing of Manchester Orchestra and Thrice brought out their guitar-heavy anthems for everybody to soak in.

Obviously jamming out the classics like “Shake It Out,” “I’ve Got Friends,” “The Artist In The Ambulance” and “Stare At The Sun,” both beloved bands were welcomed with a pretty raucous response (because come on, it’s Thrice and Manchester Orchestra. Who wouldn’t be stoked to see that?).

To get a glimpse of what the memorable night looked like through the lens of photographer Jillian Ragsdale, be sure to look below. For a look at all of Ragsdale’s photos from the show, be sure to head to Get Some Magazine for the full photo review. Afterwards, if for some strange reason you haven’t picked up tickets to see Thrice out on tour with Deftones and Rise Against, you can do so here.
