Creeper’s Will Gould Announces Second Salem EP, Debuts New Single “DRACULADS”

In case you’ve burned through the debut release from Creeper’s Will Gould and collaborator Matt Reynolds – aka the punk-as-fuck, Alkaline Trio-like Salem EP – you’re in luck as today the two talented musicians have some exciting news.

Coming May 7th via Roadrunner Records, Gould and Reynolds will be dropping their second Salem installment fittingly titled Salem II.

Giving listeners a taste of the upcoming five-track release, the duo has dropped their new throwback-sounding single “DRACULADS.”

Commenting on the song, Gould says, “‘DRACULADS’ is the sound of two lovers kissing in a bar fight. It is an over-the-top love song literally about falling in love with a vampire.”

Touching on the group’s epic new music video directed by Static Dress’ Olli Appleyard, Gould notes, “The video is a period piece and tells the story of two punk rock kids dating in England in 1985. It was filmed in one single day and shot at many historic musical landmarks in Manchester. For the two indoor scenes I built sets in my apartment, at one point transforming my own bedroom into the home of one of our characters. It is chaotic and romantic, destructive and dramatic just as the song it was shot for.”
